How It Works
Normally we have done our homework and contacted you if we think you are likely to receive a Business Rates refund.
We then establish how far back the miscalculations have been in effect – which could be as early as the 1990’s – and then calculate what we believe to be the correct rate.
Following this, we put the facts to the relevant billing authority for their approval. If upheld, the refund is processed and returned directly to your company as the beneficiary.
The process is a fairly painless one. For you, at least!
- All our work is done remotely so we do not disrupt your normal routines
- We do not need to visit the premises
- Our data requirements are basic, so there’s very little paperwork from your end
